Consultation Booking & Cancellations
All consultations are booked online or in person with Sofia Perez Licenced Medical Herbalist, Nutritionist & Iridologist. No contract is in place until your appointment is confirmed and paid for. Cancellation policy requires 24 hours’ notice for all consultations with duration of 1hr. Failure to do so results in the loss of your fee. In Exceptional circumstances, exceptions maybe exercised solely at the discretion of Sofia Perez Licenced Medical Herbalist, Nutritionist & Iridologist. If your appointment needs to be cancelled by the clinic, for whatever reason, a full refund will be given in the same format it was paid.
Online Workshops
Taking workshops online – The information on all courses should be used for guideline purposes only and should not be considered as medical advice or used to self-diagnose. If you are taking medication of any kind, it is best to check with a qualified medical practitioner / consult Sofia Perez Licenced Medical Herbalist, Nutritionist & Iridologist to ascertain suitability. Healthcare courses will be available for 1 month. The majority of content is available online only. Some course material may be available for download and this will be indicated within the course structure. There are no refunds on courses paid for. In exceptional circumstances and within 5 days of purchase refunds may be granted at the discretion of Sofia Perez Licenced Medical Herbalist, Nutritionist & Iridologist.
Online Promotions & Email Offers
Where we have a promotion, such as a discount off a product, or a free gift with each purchase, these offers are only available online, and not in any of our shops, unless otherwise indicated. This refers to communication about the offer either on the website, by email or both. Discounted products can not be further discounted by use of a promotion code. In the event of this occurring, the order will not be processed.
Products and Pricing
Products may be withdrawn for sale from this website at any stage without any prior notification. We also reserve the right to amend prices of products without prior notification. All prices on this website are in Euro, and that is what will be deducted from your debit/credit card. If you are purchasing using a non-Euro credit card (e.g. sterling) the exchange rate is applied by your bank and not by Sofia Perez Licenced Medical Herbalist, Nutritionist & Iridologist.
Shop Products & Herbal Formulas
Herbal formulas may change and update without prior notice. This will be adjusted and clearly labelled on site and on the product label. This may be because certain herbs may become unavailable or a particular formula improved.
Ordering
Once you have entered your personal details including debit/credit card information, and have proceeded past the checkout stage of the purchase process, it is deemed that you wish to purchase the product or products in the shopping cart. It is also assumed that you wish to have your debit/credit card deducted accordingly.

Contract
No contract will subsist between you and Sofia Perez Licenced Medical Herbalist, Nutritionist & Iridologist for a sale to you of any product or service until you have received an email confirming that we have dispatched your order.

SHIPPING & Delivery
Products are delivered on the premise that they are for your own personal consumption, and not for re-sale. We will dispatch products within 6 working days, and use the national postal service or a courier company for delivery. Courier companies require a signature for proof of delivery. Liquids to not ship outside of Republic of Ireland. We reserve the right to change shipping rates at any time.

Ireland & Northern Ireland – very light €5.50 (under 100g) / Light €6 (100g – 200g) / Heavy €10 (200g – 2kg)

Liquids to not ship outside of Republic of Ireland.
RETURNS
Products can be returned if unopened within 10 days of receipt of the product. The customer is responsible for return postage. If in the unfortunate circumstances items have been damaged in transit please send images to info@consciousearthmedicine.com. Proof of damage must be provided and contact made with the company soon after receipt of the product. A full refund will be issued or a replacement as the customer requests.

Debit and Credit card deductions are taken in real-time using our secure payment partners, and Paypal. Your security is very important to us.
